Vacant units do not lease themselves between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. NPS manages and conducts all unit showings, including nights and weekends.

All tenants have access to a secure online portal where they can pay rent and submit maintenance requests.

Rent includes a five-day grace period. After that period, a $50 late fee is assessed automatically. This consistent policy ensures fairness while protecting cash flow.

National Property Services handles all property maintenance and vendor coordination so owners do not have to manage multiple contractors or respond to emergencies.
